End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (the "User") and Totally Official Studios and the creator of said Game ("Company") for the use of the video game developed by Totally Official Studios, including any associated media, documentation, and online or electronic materials (collectively, the "Game"). By installing, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. Grant of License:

• The Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal and non-commercial purposes.

2. Stores and Platforms:

• The Game is made available through the following platforms: Steam, Game Jolt, Xbox, and PlayStation. Your use of the Game is subject to the terms and conditions of these platforms.

3. Restrictions:

• You are expressly prohibited from making pirated copies of the Game or redistributing the Game in any form, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes.

4. User-Created Content:

• You are allowed to create and distribute content based on the Game. However, such user-created content must comply with the terms of this Agreement and any applicable platform terms.

5. Modification and Redistribution:

• You are not allowed to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Game. Redistribution of any part of the Game files is strictly prohibited.

6. Intellectual Property:

• All intellectual property rights in the Game, including but not limited to copyright, trademarks, and trade secrets, are owned by the Company. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to use the Company's trademarks, trade names, or other intellectual property.

7. Termination:

• The Company may terminate this Agreement if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and destroy any copies in your possession.

8. Disclaimer of Warranty:

• The Game is provided "as is" without any warranty. The Company disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability:

• In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Game.

10. Governing Law:

• This Agreement is governed by and construed per the laws of the United States.

By installing, accessing, or using the Game, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not install or use the Game. You also agree to any changes made to this Agreement in the future.
